Championship is SORTED

The MSN Circuit Rally Championship in association with MSVR, featuring the Michelin Cup and the Protyre Challenge is delighted to announce the continuation of its partnership with SORT Oils.

After a successful 2018-19, the partnership will once again see them installed as the Official Lubricants Partner for the 2019-20 Championship season, which will ensure all competitors and spectators have access to one of the best oils on the market.

Darren Spann Championship Co-ordinator commented: I am delighted to be able to renew SORT Oils as our official lubricant partner. We feel this unique tie in not only benefits our championship but also our many volunteers and competitors alike.

SORT offer next generation lubricants in which an intelligent formula adheres to the metal parts of the engine, a unique product that is revolutionising the market. The SORT products increase efficiency, performance, reduce fuel consumption and offer maximum internal protection.

In a rejig of the prizes giving greater scope for classes to win them, SORT Oils will provide on each round the winners of Class A, B and C of the Protyre Challenge a voucher of £75 to be used against SORT Oils.

Additionally, the top 3 overall championship winners will also benefit from SORT Oils. First place will receive a £200 voucher, with second receiving £150 and third a voucher of £100. This prize package is worth over £3000.

In a move to recognise the volunteers of the Championship, they will also reward a “Volunteer of the Rally” with another £75 voucher. This can be given to anyone involved with the rally ranging from marshals to organisers.

Ben Mellors commented: We are pleased to be supporting the MSNCRC for the second year, the reaction towards our products last season was very positive, we are looking forward to meeting this year’s competitors and introducing them to the SORT range. The prizes have also been restructured to reward a wider range of competitors and we have added the volunteers award to give something back to those who make the events happen and wouldn’t usually be eligible for a prize.

In return the SORT Oils logo will appear on all official MSN Rally Championship media and all new vehicle decal packs, as well as the rear decal screen of each competitor’s car.

Now in its fifth season, the MSNCRC will once again will offer crews a challenging, action-packed campaign, visiting the UK’s best circuits, universally popular with competitors and spectators alike.

With a brand new finale at Donington Park and landmark sponsorship deals with Specsavers and Cirrus Research, as well as one of the biggest prize packages in UK rallying, there has never been a better time to get involved with the MSNCRC.

With entries open on August 23rd, the Championship will be officially launched on September 12th with its annual press day at Oulton Park, before kicking off in November with the Neil Howard Stages in a/w Graham Coffey Solicitors at Oulton Park, before heading to Cadwell Park and Knockhill Racing Circuit before Christmas 2019.
