Media Requests

Can I attend MSN Rally Champ Rounds as Media?

We welcome media at our events however, if you want access stage side then you must be able to demonstrate the following:

  1. Motorsport UK Level 2 Media Accreditation
  2. An appointment to cover the event from a genuine media outlet (this cant be your own website)
  3. You will respect that video of the event can not be released until two weeks post event.  This includes trailer or intro video’s.  If you need video for a specific reason within two weeks post event then the championship will discuss supplying you with this.
  4. Public Liability Insurance with minimum of £5m cover
  5. Risks assessments for your work which must include a Covid section

Can I take photos or video from spectator area?

We love our fans taking video and photos of our events from spectator areas.  We especially enjoying seeing these videos and photos shared to our social media accounts.

We do however have one simple rule:

  1. It is a condition of admission to our events that photography, cine-film, video, sound or any other visual or audio use including making copies of the recording or reproduction, causing or permitting it to be seen or heard in public, broadcasting, diffusing, selling, renting, exchanging, lending, using for gain, or otherwise dealing with it in whole or in part is strictly forbidden.  The promoter retains the right to confiscate and retain possession of any photographs or films made in breach of this condition and without its express consent in writing.

2019-20 Application Process

Our simple application process is:


  • Please register with MSV *and complete an application for the round you wish to attend (see link below)
  • Email the championship to advise you have made an application and attach your documents listed above.
  • All media applications close at 6pm on the Wednesday of the week prior to the event (i.e Round 1 media applications will close on 28/10/2020)
  • We will review all media applications jointly with MSV* and approve / decline as appropriate.
  • Successful applicants will receive a media e-ticket and the relevant signing on documentation which shall be completed electronically ahead of attending the event.

Please note that media accreditation decisions are final and we are unable to accredit people who just turn up to the event.


* Note – For round 7 at Anglesey the same process applies but will include Anglesey Circuit and the Championship
